The public may have that once-in-a-lifetime chance to see the most anticipated dress of the century up close, that is, should the plans push through.

British media reported that the wedding dress worn by Kate Middleton last April 29 may be placed on public display at Clarence House, a spokesperson from the London’s royal home revealed.

The spokesperson revealed that Middleton, now known as The Duchess of Cambridge, is still considering several options as to whether the public will have the opportunity to see the wedding dress up close. The dress was designed by Sarah Burton and her team with collaboration with the Royal School of Needlework.Royal Wedding Dress

As of now the exact location as to where the wedding dress will be displayed is not yet known. However, there have been speculations that these gowns may be displayed at Kensington Palace, where the dresses worn by late Diana, Princess of Wales, were displayed.
